The Comprehensive Protection and Utilization Project of Xiguan Area in Tianshui Ancient City, Gansu, is located in Qinzhou District, Tianshui City. The project scope includes areas east to Dazhong Road, west to Shuangqiao Road, south to Nanming Road, and north to Chengji Avenue, with a total land area of 560,000 square meters and a total construction area of 420,000 square meters.
The system controls the corrugated lamps and wall washers of shops in the project through intelligent switch drivers, intelligent control panels, timing controllers, brightness sensors, intelligent networks, and intelligent remote-transmission KNX electric meters to meet project management and operation needs.
The project integrates the remote meter reading energy management system and intelligent environmental control system into the property management platform to achieve cascaded centralized control, with unified system management, detection, and control. It issues classified alarms for abnormalities such as abnormal ammeter current (ammeter bottom limit) to urge managers to handle them, and allows information processing and feedback on the platform. When controlled equipment malfunctions, the centralized control platform sends alarm signals to guide managers in targeted troubleshooting. The platform automatically stores data, completes energy and energy consumption detection, collects meter data, and saves hourly, daily, and monthly data, facilitating operation and maintenance management and the rational utilization of user operation and maintenance information, laying a solid data foundation for big data management.
